Your Tasks                                                                   — Develop high-precision technical details and drawings (2D/3D) for interiors and architecture,

ensuring seamless transition from design to execution.
— Mentor junior team members in detailing, material selection,

and construction solutions, accelerating their technical skills.
— Translate design concepts into build-ready plans, coordinating with

MEP engineers, structural teams, and other specialists.
— Prepare tender-ready documentation: bills of quantities, specifications,

and cost estimates, aligned with project requirements.

Your Profile                                                                                     —  Degree in Architecture (Master).

—  10+ years of professional experience, with

strong expertise in execution planning.

—  Solid knowledge in tendering and awarding.

—  Excellent English skills.

—  Strong sense of responsibility, structured working style,

enthusiasm for wellness, health, sport, and technology.
