Your Tasks                                                             —  Full responsibility for permit planning, execution planning, tendering, awarding, and site supervision.

—  Close collaboration with international project and planning teams.

—  Ensuring high-quality architectural and technical

standards across all project phases.

—  Independent management of projects

from early design to implementation.

Your Profile                                                                                     —  Degree in Architecture (Master).

—  10+ years of professional experience, with

strong expertise in permit and execution planning.

—  Solid knowledge in tendering, awarding,

and construction supervision.

—  Excellent English skills.

—  Strong sense of responsibility, structured working style,

enthusiasm for wellness, health, sport, and technology.
